It probably comes as no surprise that denials have skyrocketed over the past few years. But what you may not know is that 20% of first-pass denials come from issues with coverage, primarily inactive, incorrect, conflicting, or invalid information.

After years of collaboration with some of our nation’s largest payers and providers, Avaneer Health has solved this problem—and it doesn’t require third-party aggregators.

Every day, Avaneer Coverage Direct detects misaligned coverage information between payers and providers who deliver services for the same patient. The updated information is sent directly to the payer and provider EHRs or source systems so they always have the latest, most accurate coverage information. The result is fewer denials and write-offs and lower administrative and operational costs.
